The second stage involves marketing the property by showcasing its specifications and features, as well as performing maintenance work to increase the property's value when selling, should the need arise. The third and final stage involves receiving offers, negotiating the price, and finally completing the sale and transferring ownership. It's important to note that real estate marketing isn't limited to a specific field; both individuals and companies can engage in it, but it requires specific skills and knowledge of the latest methods.
